Card Damage

  • If the card is damaged (except mechanical damage- bending, folding of card and also other damage that is caused by wrong usage of card), you’ve to apply visit problematic card center in Metro Stations “Avlabari” and “Medical University”, where card is changed with a new one free of charge.
  • If the card is damaged by the owner: Cost of card-2 Lari paid by owner.

Card Lost

  • If the card lost, then the owner should inform at Problematic Card center.
  • You should submit the Receipt of Card purchase, Lost card number.
  • Automatically the card will list out in blocked cards.
  • Balance will transfer to New Card, if it possible after the purchase of initial card.
