How to register your Rabbit Card?
Register through Rabbit LINE Pay application
- Go to LINE application
- Select “Wallet”.
- Tap the tab next to Rabbit LINE Pay logo to enter main service page, then tap “BTS” icon.
- Click “Register your Rabbit Card”,
- Agree to Terms and Conditions
- Enter the 13-digit Rabbit Card number
- Choose your payment.
- Enter your Rabbit LINE Pay passcode, then tap “Register”.
Register through My Rabbit application
- Download the My Rabbit app
- Create your account with your mobile number and email.
- Link your Rabbit card to your My Rabbit account.
- You can start using the My Rabbit application right away.

How to top-up Rabbit Card?
- Go to My Rabbit App
- Select “Top up”
- Tap Rabbit Card at the back of the mobile phone until the process is completed.
- Select top up amount and payment method.
- Make a Payment
- Tap Rabbit Card at the back of the mobile phone again to completely add money value to the card.

1.How to check balance?
You can check the remaining Stored Value balance at all Rabbit Service Providers which accept Rabbit for payment including all BTS Ticket Offices.
2.What happens if your Rabbit is lost or stolen?
A registered rabbit that is lost or stolen must be legally owned. You can ask the organization to suspend your rabbit.
