Original ID (over 16 years old)
Copy of Birth Certificate (under 16 years old)
Copy of proof of residence (with postal code)

To receive the card, go to the web service.
Or you can register through the Cartão VEM app (Android and iOS)
Before registering, you must provide your CPF and a valid email address to receive the access link.
An email for the verification of the documents will be sent.
Once you receive it, access the service again to schedule the delivery of the card.
